"In July 2008 I purchased a new 2008 Aprilia Shiver 750 from T.E.C. The family staff is very helpful and accommodating. My true testament is my Shiver had a starter malfunction within the third week I owned it. This issue was not detected before the sale because there was not a recall at the time from Aprilia.
T.E.C. obviously was not aware of the problem and it was out of their control. However, they took care of the pick-up of the motorcycle and repair promptly making my customer experience a pleasant one. Things happen with new machines, it’s how the dealership acts after the sale and they passed with flying colors. They understood my disappointment and wanted to make the situation right and did everything in their power. The motorcycle is unique and functioning very well. I’ve owned a few motorcycles over the years and a true measure of a mechanic is in the attention to detail and if they treat your motorcycle as if it were their own. Dan Kovalcheck did everything by the book as I would do myself. I’m fair and understanding as a customer but have high expectations and standards. Dan came through while performed my first maintenance which is one of the most critical services to a machine.

"Hi, I purchased a Vespa GT 200 and I am very happy about it.
I think Jen was great in helping me pick out the scooter.
My wife thinks it's a beautiful scooter. I wasn't sure about a Vespa and I checked on the internet to see what people had to say about the Vespa GT 200. You have to watch it when you spend $5000.00.
